PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
All payments for QualCards and related services are non-refundable.
Payments can be made via credit card or invoice as agreed upon during the ordering process.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
It is the responsibility of users or their representatives to ensure all data entered is accurate and up-to-date.
Users must tick a confirmation box verifying the accuracy of their information during the submission process.

LOST CARDS
In the event of a lost QualCard, a reissue fee of $35 will apply.
